  • Is Sample free or need to pay?
    For stitching products, If you don’t need to print a custom logo or other artwork on the products, it will not charge any cost. Just tell us your freight collect account like FedEx DHL TNT, if you don’t have an account, it needs to charge Express fee properly. For smart products, Our sales team will give a sample quote.
  • What is MOQ?
    Custom products start from 500 pieces/color, Stocked products start from 10 pieces.
  • Can I have my unique design(size,pattern, print, etc)?
    We design and construct each project to the individual customer’s needs.
  • How is package? May I have custom package
    Yes ,Easy to do custom package, show different packing idea.Or customized as customers requirements.
  • How do I place my order?
    For Wholesale orders, Tell us what you need, We'll send you the quotes, You can order online. For Custom orders, Please contact us through email: sales@lengthworld.com. Our friendly team is here to help with any questions you have before, during, and after placing your order.
  • What’s the whole order processes?
    Custom Design–Making custom mould(if need)/logo/package first. Samples–Making samples for you check. Confirm Order- Signing sales contract after samples confirmed. Deposit– 30% deposit before mass production. Production arranged–we will process the production. Remaining payment–after inspection, balance before shipment. Shipping–we will ship the goods to destination port. Confirm bill of loading/commercial invoice/packing list/certificate of origin. After sales service.
  • What is the lead time of production?
    a. For samples,3-5 days working days door to door by air. b. For stocks, within 7days can be shipped to loading port. c. For mass production, it takes 35-45days for production. More 7-10days if custom design needed.
  • What is your shipping terms?
    a. For small trial order, by air or by express :FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT etc b. For large order, we arrange shipment by sea or by air according to your requirement.
  • Do you have a price list?
    We are a professional supplier of pet products. All of our products are made according to different customer's requirements. We don’t have a price list.
  • Do you have a Catalog?
    Stitching products: are made according to different customer's requirements. We don’t have a catalog. Smart products: We have a catalog for our stocks.
  • What is your terms of payment ?
    Payment less than 3000USD, 100% in advance. Payment more than 3000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment. If you have another question, please feel free to contact us.
  • What other services do you have?
    We provide our customers one-stop solutions from design, manufacturing and logistic if needed.
